Emptying trash from the Windows does not mean that the data information is completely gone. Only the information about the data (name, extension, size, etc) is partially deleted.
Therefore, the Data Whitehole can recover the data that has been removed by Windows. Thus, even if you have emptied the Recycle Bin, you can restore data using Data Whitehole.
