2. Lost the product serial number

1. Send the documents that will prove the purchase of the product to Data Puzzle
- Send by email to Data Puzzle (info@datapuzzle.com) those receipts or certificates you received by email when you purchased the product.

2. Data Puzzle will verify them and send you the new product serial number
It will be Sent by email (that is registered to Data Puzzle) the serial number issued by Data Puzzle.
