17. Lost data by formatting the partition.

There are 3 major ways to format, and besides Low-Level formatting, the other two ways of formats (Common Format and Quick Format) can restore data using the Data Whitehole program. Because the Common format or Quick format only initialize the partition information rather than deleting the actual data, the Data Whitehole program can restore the re-formatted data.
