14. If the Floppy Disk is formatted, is it possible to restore?

If you reformat your hard drive (linked hard format), unless it's low-level format, recovery is possible, but in a Floppy Disk, whether it's low-Level format or a common format, the recovery is impossible. In a Floppy Disk, only in the case where the quick format is performed can data be restored.
